1. Who We Are

Man Time Fitness LLC ("Man Time Fitness", "we", "us") operates the platform at mantimefitness.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed), selected training track, subscription plan
• Profile & fitness data: Height, weight, fitness goals, progress logs, workout completions, PR records you enter into the dashboard
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number
• Challenge submissions: Photos, videos, and stats you submit for challenge evaluation
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration — collected via analytics to improve the product
• Communications: Support emails and messages you send us

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, personalize, and improve the Man Time Fitness platform
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To generate your AI-personalized training program (Premium members)
• To send transactional emails (receipts, program updates, challenge announcements)
• To send marketing emails about new features or offers (you can opt out at any time)
• To evaluate challenge submissions and distribute prizes
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in secure, encrypted databases.
• Anthropic (Claude API): For AI-generated programming features. Your fitness profile data is sent to generate personalized recommendations. Anthropic does not train on your data by default.
• Analytics providers: Aggregated, anonymized usage data only.
• Law enforcement: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Challenge Submissions & Public Content

By submitting photos or videos to the 30-Day Challenge, you grant Man Time Fitness and Wali Abu Asada a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share your submission on social media (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for promotional purposes. We will always credit you. If you do not want your submission shared publicly, you must indicate this at the time of submission.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (up to 7 years for financial records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. for Meta Pixel to measure ad performance). You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair platform functionality.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you within 72 hours via email.

10. Children's Privacy

Man Time Fitness is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately and we will delete the account.
